HR Operations Intern

Bikash Microfinance is looking for a HR Operations Intern to join the team.

This is an entry-level opening designed for fresh graduates and final-year students. You will work alongside experienced colleagues, learn the tools the team uses day to day, and take ownership of real tasks from your first week.

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, and shortlisted candidates are contacted for a short interview.

Support the team on day-to-day delivery.

Prepare reports and documentation.

Coordinate with senior colleagues on assigned tasks.

Recent graduate or final-year student. Strong communication in Bangla and English. Willingness to learn on the job.
